The policy

Payments are non-refundable.

All payments made are non-refundable, even in the event that the wedding or event does not ultimately take place.

Any payments made to vendors or suppliers through our team are also strictly non-refundable.

We want this to be unambiguous, so there are no surprises later.

Deposits and payments

Once a payment has been made it is not returned, regardless of whether the wedding or event goes ahead.

Amounts we forward to vendors and suppliers on your behalf follow the same rule and are strictly non-refundable.
